Status Quo and Development Trend of Countermeasure Technology for Underwater Precision Guided Weapon

A brief introduction on underwater precision guided technical characteristic of torpedo and its primary countermeasure technical structure are introduced. The current conditions of the difficult submarine underwater countermeasure technology are analyzed. The mobile decoy technology, having synthetic target simulation and intelligent countermeasure capability, forms its technology structure featuring “far and near integration, soft-kill combined with hard-kill, acoustic and magnetic integration”. And the underwater and water-surface universal technology will be fulfilled in the future. Via the trial test, the typical multi-combined countermeasure technology is validated to be mature and reliable. The development trends are also discussed.

For evaluating the operational suitability of military aircraft in using stage, six first-level parameters and thirteen secondary level parameters are selected. To avoid the defects of the main and objective empowerment law, the analytic hierarchy process and the coefficient of variation are used to determine the main and objective weights. The game theory is used to combine empowerment, improve the scientificity of the parameters weight, and provide ideas to evaluate the operational suitability of military aircraft.
